CCTV News (News Network): The earthquake relief work in Dingri County, Tibet is being accelerated, and all forces are doing their best to scientifically and efficiently promote all transitional resettlement work.

As of 18:00 on the 17th, 7,303 prefabricated houses in the earthquake-stricken area have been built, 2,548 of them have met the occupancy standards, and 7,232 affected people have moved from tents into the prefabricated houses. Each resettlement site has been equipped with water, electricity and heating, and temporary public toilets and garbage collection points have been built. Some resettlement sites are also connected to a broadband network.

Dingri County Emergency Rescue and Disaster Relief Command organized professionals to establish a health and epidemic prevention work team to go deep into the disaster area to carry out health and epidemic prevention work, and implement comprehensive disinfection and sterilization of public areas, temporary resettlement points, garbage collection points, temporary public toilets, etc., effectively enhancing the public's self-protection awareness and health and epidemic prevention capabilities.
