The Yangtze River Delta Railway ushered in the first weekend's peak of passenger flow since the Spring Festival travel rush started on the 18th, and is expected to send 3 million passengers. As of 8:00 a.m. on the 18th, a total of 175 million train tickets were sold by railways nationwide during the Spring Festival travel rush.

During this year's Spring Festival travel rush, 16 C919 domestic large aircraft served the Spring Festival travel rush, which gave many passengers more new options to go home this year. Among them, China Eastern Airlines has 10 C919 aircraft flying routes from Shanghai to Beijing and other routes. Air China's three registered C919s are flying to five routes from Beijing to Shanghai, Hangzhou, Wuhan, Chengdu and Chongqing, with a total of 400 flights planned to be carried out. All three large domestically produced C919 aircraft of China Southern Airlines have been put into the Spring Festival travel rush, carrying out four routes from Guangzhou to Hangzhou, Shanghai Hongqiao, Haikou and Chengdu Tianfu.

In terms of water transportation, during the Spring Festival travel rush, the cruise home ports of Shanghai, Tianjin and Guangzhou will usher in 68 international cruise ships. It is expected that the number of passengers traveling by cruise ships will exceed 100,000 during the Spring Festival travel rush.
