In the Guangzhou EMU section, testing robots, 360-degree panoramic comprehensive detection system and other equipment have been put into use on a large scale. The testing robot can automatically check the bottom of the EMU. Through AI image algorithm, it accurately detects the faults of the EMU brake pads, couplings, gear boxes and other components, and the fault recognition rate reaches 100%.
In Guangzhou North Vehicle Depot, the TFDS Intelligent Inspection Center is put into use. The system can identify 67 types of railway truck models and 438 types of train faults, accurately control the status of railway vehicles, and ensure the safety of vehicles for the transportation of electric coal, New Year's goods and other goods.
