Especially after the Spring Festival travel rush started on January 14, the demand for New Year's goods delivery has increased, driving the continuous increase in express delivery business volume. Data shows that the national average daily express delivery volume exceeded 670 million pieces in the first three days of the Spring Festival travel rush (January 14-16), an increase of more than 29% over the same period in the lunar calendar in 2024. The delivery of New Year’s goods from couriers to thousands of households, not only highlighting the positive role of the express delivery industry in warm delivery, but also reflecting the new vitality of China’s consumption.

The State Post Bureau requires all enterprises to strengthen the safety management of delivery channels, protect the legal rights and interests of front-line employees in accordance with the law, reasonably arrange holiday breaks and vacations, do a good job in caring for employees, and protect the physical health and life safety of couriers.
