After investigation, Pan Guangen lost his ideals and beliefs, betrayed his original mission, was disloyal and dishonest to the Party, colluded with others, and confronted organizational review; ignored the spirit of the Central Eight Regulations and the provisions of integrity and self-discipline, and accepted large amounts of gifts and cards from management and service objects on many occasions; violated organizational principles and did not report personal matters in accordance with regulations; expanded greed, engaged in power-for-money transactions, used his position to seek benefits for others in introducing investment funds, company stock reform and listing, and illegally accepted huge amounts of property.
Pan Guangen seriously violated the Party’s political discipline, organizational discipline, and integrity discipline, constituted serious violations of duty and was suspected of bribery. He did not restrain himself or stop after the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. The nature is serious and the impact is bad, and he should be dealt with seriously. In accordance with the "Regulations on Disciplinary Punishment of the Communist Party of China", "Supervision Law of the People's Republic of China", "Administrative Punishment Law of the People's Republic of China" and other relevant provisions, after research and approval by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and submitted to the Provincial Party Committee for approval, it was decided to expel Pan Guangen from the Party; the Provincial Supervisory Commission will expel him from public office; confiscate his illegal gains; transfer his suspected criminal issues to the procuratorate for review and prosecution in accordance with the law, and transfer the property involved together.
