The 2025 National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination Examination will be compiled and formulated, adhere to the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, conscientiously implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the Second and Third Plenary Sessions of the 20th Central Committee, thoroughly study and implement Xi Jinping's thoughts on the rule of law, adhere to the goal of selecting and accumulating high-quality legal talents with both moral integrity and ability, and continue to take Xi Jinping's thoughts on the rule of law as an important part of the examination and focus on the examination, guide the examinees to adhere to the correct political direction, support the leadership of the Communist Party of China, and support the socialist rule of law. The examination syllabus is based on the practical orientation of the legal profession and the general view of legal theory. It continues to be based on current laws and regulations, judicial interpretations and Horse Engineering legal textbooks to adapt to the needs of strengthening the training of foreign-related legal talents, and comprehensively examine the political literacy, professional ability and professional ethics that should be possessed in the legal profession.
The 2025 Legal Vocational Qualification Examination Outline, on the basis of maintaining the overall stability of the examination knowledge points and examination requirements of each examination subject, based on the latest achievements in the field of rule of law practice such as legislation, law enforcement, and justice, the knowledge points for examination in some subjects such as Civil Law, Civil Procedure Law, Environmental Resources Law, and the Environmental Resources Law will be revised and improved. The National People's Congress and local people's congresses at all levels will be included in the Appendix of the Tomb Liability Section of the National People's Congress and local People's Congresses at all levels, the Private Economy Promotion Law, the Mineral Resources Law and the Civil Code tort liability Section, the Marriage and Family Section, as well as newly formulated or revised laws and regulations and judicial interpretations related to foreign-related rule of law will be included in the Appendix Section of the Examination Outline.
