"Who is the focus of conflicts between many marriage and family disputes. In one case, Xu and Hu separated due to emotional problems after marriage, and their 1-year-old daughter lived with Hu. During the separation, Xu took the opportunity of visiting his daughter to another place to hide, and refused to visit Hu. Hu sued the court without any effort in negotiations, and the court ruled that his daughter would be raised by Hu during the separation.

However, Xu did not fulfill the judgment and sent it to the child. After Hu applied for compulsory execution, Xu still refused to perform the performance after the court notice, and hid the child at a relative's house, and frequently changed his residence, resisted the execution, and did not cooperate with the divorce lawsuit filed by Hu.
