In cities, the maximum temperature in Xi'an on the 20th may exceed 40°C, which may break the local earliest record of 40°C and the highest temperature in May. The highest temperature in Zhengzhou on the 19th could reach 38℃, which may hit a new temperature high this year. Lanzhou may also see its first high temperature day this year on the 20th.

The high temperatures in the south will also increase after the 19th. From the 19th to the 20th, the highest temperature in Nanjing and Chengdu may exceed 35℃.
