Li Shulei said that under the strategic guidance of President Xi Jinping and King Mohamed VI, China-Mozambique relations have developed rapidly and are at the best period in history. China is willing to work with Mozambique to implement the important consensus reached by the two heads of state, consolidate political mutual trust, deepen strategic coordination, strengthen multilateral cooperation, enhance mutual learning among civilizations, and jointly advocate an equal and orderly world multipolarization and inclusive economic globalization, so that high-quality joint construction of the "Belt and Road" will benefit the two countries and the people of the two countries, and make China-Mordeaux cultural exchanges and cooperation a model for implementing the global civilization initiative. The Communist Party of China is willing to deepen exchanges of experience in governing the country with all friendly political parties in Moscow and promote new and greater development of the China-Morbique strategic partnership through inter-party channels.
