A: According to the "Anti-Foreign Sanctions Law of the People's Republic of China", "Provisions on the List of Unreliable Entities" and relevant provisions, the Working Mechanism for the List of Unreliable Entities on April 4 and 9, 2025, 17 U.S. entities were included in the List of Unreliable Entities on the List of Unreliable Entities, prohibiting the above-mentioned companies from engaging in import and export activities related to China, as well as adding new investments in China. In order to implement the consensus on the high-level economic and trade talks between China and the United States, starting from May 14, 2025, the relevant measures of the announcement on April 4 (Working Mechanism for Unreliable Entity List [2025] No. 7) will be suspended for 90 days, and the relevant measures of the announcement on April 9 (Working Mechanism for Unreliable Entity List [2025] No. 8).
