Xinhua News Agency, Beijing, May 12 (Reporter Yang Na) The Beijing Municipal Market Supervision Administration announced on the 12th that in 2025, Beijing will further promote the "no trouble" list mechanism, focusing on three aspects: expanding the scope of the list, optimizing supervision methods, and strengthening credit constraints. Up to now, 231,000 companies have been included in the "no trouble" list in Beijing.

This year, Beijing has fully utilized its credit incentive and restraint role, and continued to expand the scope of the "no trouble" enterprise list, and based on the "risk + credit" hierarchical and classified evaluation results, 128,000 new enterprises were added. Among the companies on the list of "nothing is not disturbed", there are the largest number of companies in scientific research and technical service, accounting for 40% of the total number of companies on the list, and 23,000 high-tech (including artificial intelligence) companies.

A relevant person in charge of the Beijing Municipal Market Supervision Bureau said that for enterprises on the "no trouble" list, various regulatory departments will minimize on-site inspections of enterprises through non-site supervision and other means. Since the beginning of this year, the proportion of off-site inspections of listed companies has increased to 77%, achieving "invisible" enterprises and "efficient supervision".

According to reports, the "no trouble" list is based on the results of risk credit assessment. When the risk credit status of the enterprise changes, the regulatory authorities will make corresponding adjustments. Data released by the Beijing Market Supervision Bureau shows that 2,213 enterprises have been removed from the "no trouble" list by the industry authorities and strengthened supervision due to major safety hazards, violations of promises, and serious violations of laws and regulations.
