This year's symposium is themed "Deepening reform and increasing momentum, leading the demonstration and writing a new chapter" to jointly deploy the next key tasks.

Accelerating the construction of a modern capital metropolitan area is an important practice for the three provinces and cities to implement the coordinated development strategy of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, and an important means to build a world-class urban agglomeration with the capital as the core. The three places in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei will coordinate the construction of commuting circles, functional circles and industrial collaborative circles, and promote the implementation of a number of key tasks and major projects.

Ecological and environmental protection is one of the key areas in which the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei have taken the lead in making breakthroughs. The three places jointly formulated the implementation plan (draft proposal) for the construction of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Beautiful China Pilot Zone, focusing on key areas and key areas, accelerating the green and low-carbon transformation, and striving to create a pioneering demonstration benchmark for the construction of a beautiful China.

They have clarified 19 specific measures to help Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei better play the role of driving force for leading the country's high-quality development.

In terms of social organizations such as industry associations and chambers of commerce, the three places have drafted opinions on giving full play to the role of social organizations to stimulate the vitality of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei market. Focusing on four aspects, such as promoting industrial coordination and promoting government-enterprise communication, 16 specific measures have been clarified, and efforts have been made to create new economic growth points.

In terms of expanding high-level opening up, the three places have jointly formulated several measures to coordinate the promotion of open development in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, including six aspects and 20 specific measures, including building an open channel and building an open platform, and jointly creating a high-level model of regional coordinated opening up.

At this symposium, the three places also signed agreements on jointly building the Zhongguancun partner park, collaborative development of the synthetic biological manufacturing industry, government service cooperation, "Hebei Clean Vegetable" entry into Beijing and Tianjin, and jointly created a number of industrial cooperation projects; held the unveiling ceremony of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Advanced Manufacturing Cluster Alliance and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei·Beidaihe Health and Wellness Demonstration Base, released the "cross-regional collaborative service" scenario of taxation in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, and held the launch ceremony of the "one card" application innovation competition for the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Social Security Card.
