In 2024, the median per capita disposable income of residents nationwide was 34,707 yuan, an increase of 5.1%, and the median was 84.0% of the average. Among them, the median per capita disposable income of urban residents was 49,302 yuan, an increase of 4.6%, and the median was 91.0% of the average; the median per capita disposable income of rural residents was 19,605 yuan, an increase of 4.6%, and the median was 84.8% of the average.

2. Resident consumption expenditure

In 2024, the per capita consumption expenditure of residents nationwide was 28,227 yuan, a nominal increase of 5.3% over the previous year.
