At 20:00 on January 14, dark clouds covered the last ray of light on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, and the cold wind slapped the tent, making a "pa" sound.

A temporary resettlement site in Za Village, Changsuo Township, Dingri County, Shigatse City, Tibet, lamps lit up one tent, and the stove in the tent is in full swing. Baima Doji, the 45-year-old village committee director, and deputy director Sanjinima and village committee supervisor Tsering Doji, dragged his tired body into his tent.
My wife didn't see Baima Doji for a day, so she quickly brought the freshly cooked butter tea. The three of them sat down slowly, took a sip of butter tea, and quickly opened the conversation.
"To clean up the items in the people's homes under the ruins, you must register and store them in a centralized manner. No matter how small the things are, they are accumulated by the villagers for many years!" Baima Duoji explained to the two colleagues.
"Don't worry! The owner of the household checked and registered every item cleaned up today, and the police officers also sent a special person to take care of the storage points for the items." Deputy Director Sanjinima responded with a cold hand around the fire.
At this time, only 8 days before the "6.8" magnitude earthquake occurred on the Ding Rio, and earthquake relief work has quickly entered a new stage of post-disaster reconstruction.

Baimadorji's village committee "three-person group" returns to the tent almost every night to discuss the details of subsequent work.
"The 57 households in the village, according to the current progress, it is expected that it will take half a month to clean up the house ruins and materials of each household. We must speed up and lay a solid foundation for early reconstruction!" Baima Duoji was a little anxious.
"Today, a young and middle-aged laborer was transferred from each household. Tomorrow, a few more mechanical vehicles will be organized. The cleaning work will definitely be completed in advance!" Sanjinima was full of confidence.
Tserindoji reminded, "For safety, some houses that have not completely collapsed must be asked to help clean up."
Baimadoji nodded, "Today, the superior department added a coal-burning stove to each household, plus the original firewood and cow dung stove, and each household has two stoves. The government is very worried about the people's warm winter. I must remember to count whether the fuel and material supply are sufficient tomorrow."
"I know this! At present, we have distributed rice, noodles, oil, meat and other daily necessities for a month to each household, plus the stored food, which is enough for three or four months. The firewood and cow dung are also sufficient. Yesterday, 800 bags of coking coal were shipped, which can completely ensure that villagers have a warm winter. The only worry is that there is insufficient feed in winter." Tserindoji, who is responsible for the distribution of materials, said.
"Don't worry about the forage, the township government agrees, and solve it immediately as long as there is a demand." Baima Doji said and recorded.

"How is Danzeng Zhuoma's mother's mood? What are the difficulties at home?"
"It's much better. We have arranged special people to serve the elderly and specially visited families and injured people who died."
Sanginima knew that what everyone was most worried about were the six families with family members who died and the 10 villagers who were treated in the hospital.
After the earthquake, the most difficult part in the village was the 62-year-old Danzeng Zhuoma family. Her husband was seriously injured in the head and recovered in the hospital. Her two sons were killed in the earthquake. Only she, her daughter-in-law and four grandsons who were less than 5 years old depended on each other.
"The deceased is gone! It is our responsibility to take good care of their relatives and help them through the most difficult moments!" Baima Doji said with a heavy voice.
Around the post-disaster work, the three men have endless topics to talk about, endless work to arrange, and endless energy to do it.
The night was getting darker, and the sound of villagers sleeping sounds came from the adjacent tents. Baimadorji picked up two firewood and added it to the stove. The rising flames rose in his firm eyes...
