The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area involves "one country, two systems". We must explore an ecological and environmental management system that is in line with the international community and jointly build a beautiful Greater Bay Area.

The Yangtze River and the Yellow River Basin must coordinate the left and right banks of the upper and lower reaches of the basin, improve the high-level protection mechanism, and build a demonstration zone for the green development of the Yangtze River and a pilot zone for high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin.
