CCTV News: On May 11, the 27th Beijing Science and Technology Expo ended successfully at the National Convention Center. During the 4-day exhibition, more than 800 Chinese and foreign companies from more than 30 countries and regions around the world participated in the exhibition, and 43 cooperation agreements were signed on the spot, with a contract amount of more than 5.8 billion yuan.
The theme of this year's Beijing Science and Technology Expo is "Technology Leads and Enjoys the Future", and it focuses on displaying more than 1,200 latest technologies and scientific and technological achievements in cutting-edge science and technology, emerging industries and future industries. The number of visitors at home and abroad has reached more than 80,000.
This year's Science and Technology Expo also held a series of trade and investment promotion activities, including the 2025 Beijing International Investment and Trade Fair, a specialized and new "Beijing Products" overseas promotion and exchange meeting, etc., to build a platform for international scientific and technological exchanges and cooperation and promoting the coordinated development of the upstream and downstream of the industry.
