CCTV News: Recently, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, together with eight departments including the Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, launched the 2025 Spring Breeze Action nationwide.

This action is themed "Spring breeze sends jobs to promote employment, precise services to warm people's hearts" and continues to be carried out from mid-January to mid-March. The Spring Breeze Action in 2025 will focus on employers in key areas and key industries, as well as urban and rural grassroots and small and medium-sized enterprises as key service targets, and the assistance measures will also pay more attention to fineness and precision.

Xue Xin, Director of the Coordination Department of the Employment Promotion Department of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, introduced that it is aimed at the areas of traditional employment concentration for migrant workers, and also aims at emerging fields such as high-tech and advanced manufacturing. It also focuses on combining the promotion and expansion of service consumption, coordinated promotion of new urbanization and comprehensive revitalization of rural areas, and explore positions through multiple channels to meet the differentiated employment needs of different workers.

During the event, local human resources and social security departments will visit and investigate, find out the needs, and accurately push service information such as recruitment activities, urgently needed positions, employment and entrepreneurship policies. During the window period of returning home during the Spring Festival, helping the return home to start a business and entrepreneurship projects to be implemented and strengthened.

Xue Xin said that for workers who hope to return to their hometown to develop, a series of promotional activities such as home, entrepreneurship in their hometown, and staying in their hometown will be organized to revitalize idle commercial housing, vacant buildings and other venues, gather resources such as expert mentors, venture capital institutions, and market information to help achieve employment and entrepreneurship nearby. At present, it is the peak season for returning home before the festival. Local governments organize return trains to help migrant workers go home for the festival. At the same time, we actively provide employment positions for migrant workers who are willing to return home to find employment.

In the past few days, Jingmen, Hubei has organized 6 consecutive return trains to help 2,000 migrant workers go home for the festival.

Zhang Zuwan is from Xiushan, Chongqing and has worked in a machinery manufacturing factory in Dezhou, Shandong for many years. In recent years, Shandong Dezhou has provided employment training and food, accommodation and transportation subsidies for migrant workers in Xiushan. Zhang Zuwan brought his family and more than a dozen fellow villagers to Dezhou to work and integrated into life in Dezhou.

As the Spring Festival approaches, local human resources and social security departments have also carried out the "Spring Warm Migrant Workers" service action to open up channels for migrant workers to protect their rights and safeguard their rights and interests.
