Gu Rong, Director of the Fund Supervision Department of the National Medical Insurance Administration, introduced that the National Medical Insurance Administration strengthened big data supervision and recovered nearly 600 million yuan of medical insurance funds through big data supervision models such as "abnormal hospitalization" and "reselling medical insurance drugs" throughout 2024, and recovered nearly 100 million yuan through big data screening clues such as "male and female examination, male and female medication", and "glycoated hemoglobin". Through the intelligent supervision subsystem, 3.1 billion yuan of medical insurance funds were recovered.
