CCTV News: According to the official account of Hefei Real Estate Bureau, recently, according to reports and inspections by netizens, it was found that on online platforms such as Weibo, Douyin, and WeChat Video Account, a few self-media accounts use exaggerated and curious titles to attract fans and divert customers, and illegally publish false information, misleading public awareness and disrupting market order.

In order to further standardize the information release behavior of self-media in the real estate field, create a healthy and orderly online public opinion environment, and promote the stable and healthy development of the real estate market, on April 30, Hefei Municipal Internet Information Office, Municipal Public Security Bureau, Municipal Urban and Rural Development Bureau, Municipal Market Supervision and Administration Bureau, Municipal Housing Security and Real Estate Administration and other departments conducted joint interviews with some self-media account operators in the real estate field.

The interview pointed out that Hefei actively implemented various policies and measures to stabilize growth and promote development, and the city's real estate market generally maintained a stable and positive trend. From January to March, the city's new home market-oriented sales increased by 32% year-on-year, and second-hand housing transactions were 2 million cubic meters and about 20,000 units, an increase of 3% year-on-year. In February and March, the month-on-month price index of newly built commercial housing has increased positively for two consecutive months. Some self-media have released a large amount of information that is inconsistent with the facts, including false information about housing policies and false remarks that attracted attention by "The money you buy a house this year will buy two houses next year", "House prices will plummet", and "the ranking of communities that have fallen the worst". The online speech and behavior of self-media accounts involved are generalized, detached from facts, alarmist, and have prominent problems such as malicious hype, creating confrontation, and provoking trouble, which damages the stable and healthy development of the real estate industry. The relevant industry authorities have interviewed more than 10 real estate brokerage agencies in batches in advance, requiring them to strengthen the management of self-media accounts of practitioners, improve the rapid disposal mechanism for practitioners to release information illegally, and report the rectification situation regularly.

The interview requirements are required that the operators of self-media accounts must strictly abide by laws and regulations such as the "Regulations on Ecological Governance of Network Information Content", "Advertising Law", "Real Estate Advertising Regulations", and objectively, comprehensively and accurately reflect the current development status of Hefei's real estate. They must not take things out of context or distort and speculate, and do not create panic under inflammatory titles such as "popular housing prices" and "collapse of the property market". They must not take the opportunity to attract traffic and cash, and earn "toxic traffic" to make profits. Acts that fabricate and spread rumors and disrupt public order will be held accountable in accordance with the law.

The interview emphasized that real estate self-media is not only the "observer" and "participant" of the city's economic and social development, but also the "builder". It should fulfill its social responsibilities and disseminate real, objective and comprehensive market information. We must resonate with urban construction and development, be the guardian of "stabilizing expectations", and not be the disruptor of "chaotic order". We must resolutely not touch the legal red line, break through the moral bottom line, and do not deviate from the main policy line.
