Although the absolute value of online signing for new and second-hand houses is not high due to holiday factors, they have increased significantly year-on-year. Among them, 302 new houses were signed and sold online, an increase of 114.2% year-on-year; 109 second-hand houses were signed and sold online, an increase of 98.2% year-on-year.

In the last week of April, new housing projects in Shanghai were launched in the market in a concentrated manner, with a supply area of ​​more than 280,000 square meters, the highest single-week supply this year.
