The reporter learned from the Ministry of Education on the 6th that the Ministry of Education and seven other departments recently jointly issued a notice, deciding to carry out the "national recruitment action" for key groups to promote employment. The activity targets key groups such as 2025 general college graduates, 2023 and 2024 leaving school and unemployed graduates, and will be launched until August this year.
The notice requires that all localities and units should deeply explore employment positions, centrally release employment information, carry out "National Recruitment Action +" publicity and promotion activities, and strengthen education and guidance for graduates' employment concepts.
The notice pointed out that it is necessary to actively build a platform for the interconnection between employers and universities, visit enterprises to expand their jobs, and negotiate and dock, and promote integrated online and offline services; localities are encouraged to organize high-quality employers to carry out cross-regional recruitment and recruitment activities, deepen school-local and school-enterprise cooperation, and encourage places with conditions to promote the "Youth Employment Station" to join the employment promotion activities of the National Employment Action, and provide graduates with short-term accommodation and employment guidance and other public welfare services.
The notice also emphasizes that localities and units shall not use graduating colleges, overseas study experience, learning methods (full-time and part-time), internship periods of their units as restrictive conditions; college graduates are encouraged to find employment in western regions such as Xinjiang and Tibet, and guide college graduates to devote themselves to key areas, key industries, urban and rural grassroots and small and medium-sized enterprises to find employment and start businesses, and open up new employment opportunities with the new concept of career choice.
