Especially after March, the construction of investment projects has accelerated significantly. Tax data shows that the number of project applications in March was 18,000, accounting for 46.5% of the total amount in the first quarter; the total cost of the application was 0.8 trillion yuan, accounting for 43.9% of the total cost in the first quarter.
At present, engineering projects in the fields of construction, railways, highways, water transportation, water conservancy, energy, airports, etc. that absorb employment of migrant workers mainly apply for work-related injury insurance to the tax department through project methods.
From tax data, engineering projects in the first quarter showed three main characteristics: regional development projects have steadily accelerated, and investment in applied engineering projects in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, Yangtze River Delta, Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and other places has good growth momentum; major engineering projects have started one after another, and 182 major projects with a total construction cost of over 1 billion yuan in the first quarter, an increase of 41.8% year-on-year; more "small and beautiful" projects have been successfully promoted, and a total of about 17,000 projects with a total construction cost of less than 5 million yuan in the first quarter, most of which benefit people's livelihood.
