Lin Jian said that in the past few years, the exchanges between China and Europe's legislatures have experienced some twists and turns due to well-known reasons. Under the current circumstances, both sides believe that it is very important for China-EU to strengthen dialogue and cooperation.
After agreed by both sides, China and the European Parliament decided to simultaneously and completely lift restrictions on mutual exchanges. We believe and look forward to the exchanges and understanding between the two sides becoming more in-depth as China and Europe fully resume exchanges between the legislative bodies, which will inject new impetus into the sustained, healthy and stable development of China-EU relations.
