The notice shows that there are currently 660 million electricity meters, 320 million water meters and 260 million gas meters in use nationwide. This supervision and inspection checked a total of 2.96 million electric energy meters, 1,799 unqualified, with a pass rate of 99.94%; checked 1.69 million water meters, 10,600 unqualified, with a pass rate of 99.37%; checked 1.31 million gas meters, with a pass rate of 2,923 unqualified, with a pass rate of 99.78%. Judging from the special supervision and inspection, the national civil service "three forms" verification pass rate is generally at a high level.
In addition, local market supervision departments have taken multiple measures to ensure that the special supervision and inspection of the measurement of civilian "three tables" is implemented. First, actively urge public enterprises to implement their main responsibilities, improve the supply capacity of metrology equipment and public services, and implement the corresponding rotation system. The second is to strictly supervise and inspect, and a total of 938 civil "three-meter" production enterprises were inspected, and 10 illegal acts were found; 2,578 metrological and verification institutions were inspected, and 16 illegal acts were found. The third is to open up complaint channels and strengthen social governance. A total of 12,000 complaints and reports were accepted, and 69 cases were filed and investigated. At the same time, water supply, power supply and gas supply public enterprises have actively improved the quality and efficiency of complaints and reports, and have accepted a total of 62,000 complaints and reports, and replaced 36,000 misaligned measuring instruments.
