Xinhua News Agency, Beijing, January 16 (Yu Zitong) Recently, the General Office of the State Council issued the "List of Key Matters for "Efficiently Doing One Things" in 2025", proposing that on the basis of continuously optimizing the services of the two batches of key matters in 2024, we should coordinate the implementation of the first batch of key matters in 2025, further promote the standardization, standardization and facilitation of government services, and continuously improve the satisfaction and sense of gain of enterprises and the masses.
In 2024, the State Council issued the "Guiding Opinions on Further Optimizing Government Services to Improve Administrative Efficiency and Promoting "Efficiently Doing a Things"", and launched 21 key matters in two batches, covering multiple aspects of business entities' services and personal services, such as "one thing" such as corporate information changes, opening of restaurants, birth of newborns, education and school admissions. All regions and departments have promoted the implementation of key matters one after another from the perspective of enterprises and the masses, and achieved positive results.
The newly launched "Efficiently Do One Things" list of key matters in 2025 includes 12 key matters. Among them, there are 6 business items, including the transformation of individual industrial and commercial households into enterprises, qualification approval and account opening of qualified overseas investors, transformation of scientific and technological achievements, approval of fixed asset investment projects, registration of new cars, and start of construction projects; there are 6 personal items, including personal entrepreneurship, marriage and settlement, foreigners come to China to work, home appliances trade-in and mobile phone purchase subsidy applications, car trade-in subsidy applications, and behind individuals.
It is understood that the first batch of key matters in 2025 will strengthen organization and implementation around "Efficiently do it into one thing", rely on the national integrated government service platform to strengthen the intensive integration and interconnection of relevant business systems, and continuously improve online and offline services. Relevant departments of the State Council will strengthen industry guidance and data sharing support, promote the unification of "one thing" standards and business coordination involving the industry and the field, promptly solve the difficulties and bottlenecks faced by various regions, and achieve "efficiently accomplish one thing" in more fields and a wider range.
