CCTV News: According to the official account of the Ministry of Transport, on May 1, 2025 (the first day of the Labor Day holiday), the cross-regional personnel flow in the whole society was 332.714 million, a month-on-month increase of 56.0% and a year-on-year increase of 6.2%. Among them:
>> The railway passenger volume was 23.119 million, an increase of 26.2% month-on-month and an increase of 11.7% year-on-year.
>> The number of highway personnel flow (including the number of non-commercial passenger buses on expressways and ordinary national and provincial highways and commercial passenger traffic on highways) was 305.61 million, an increase of 59.3% month-on-month and 4.7% year-on-year. Among them, the number of business passengers on highways was 39.48 million, an increase of 10.5% month-on-month and 3.9% year-on-year; the number of non-commerce passenger buses on expressways and ordinary national and provincial highways was 266.13 million, an increase of 70.5% month-on-month and 4.8% year-on-year.
>> The water passenger volume was 1.649 million, an increase of 99.1% month-on-month and 87.5% year-on-year.
>> Civil aviation passenger volume was 2.336 million, an increase of 0.5% month-on-month and 8.9% year-on-year.
