In the first quarter, the phased reduction of unemployment insurance premiums reduced the cost of enterprises by 45.6 billion yuan, and 3.52 billion yuan of job stabilization funds were distributed to 588,000 enterprises. Since the establishment of the special loan for stabilizing and expanding jobs, more than 640 billion yuan of loans have been issued, helping to stabilize and expand more than 5.3 million jobs.
This year's "Spring Breeze Action" and "Spring Warm Migrant Workers" have released 37 million posts. The spring special event for urban joint recruitment focused on college graduates and other groups has held more than 10,000 recruitment activities. With the continuous advancement of high-end, intelligent and green manufacturing, the policy effect of large-scale equipment updates has emerged, and the demand for technical and skilled positions has increased rapidly. In the first quarter, the demand for recruitment for positions such as industrial automation mechanical engineers and algorithm engineers increased by more than 40% year-on-year.
