Improve after-sales service requirements for different consumer goods segments

The new version of the national standard "After-sales service methods and requirements for consumer goods" will be implemented from May 1. In combination with the new situation, after-sales service types such as distribution, warranty extension, recycling have been supplemented, as well as after-sales service methods based on networking and digitalization, further strengthening the requirements for consumer data privacy protection.

The "Rural Collective Economic Organization Law of the People's Republic of China" will be implemented from May 1. The law stipulates that the state protects the legitimate rights and interests of rural collective economic organizations and their members, and no organization or individual may infringe on them; the property collectively owned by members of rural collective economic organizations is protected by law, and no organization or individual may embezzle, misappropriate, intercept, loot, privately divide or destroy.
