CCTV News: According to the State Administration for Market Regulation, the State Administration for Market Regulation recently issued the "Notice on Carrying out the Special Action to Rectify Abnormal Charges in Enterprises in 2025" (hereinafter referred to as the "Notice"), and deployed local governments to strictly investigate and punish acts involving enterprises in key areas.
The Notice pointed out that it is necessary to conscientiously implement this year's "Government Work Report" and the "Guiding Opinions of the General Office of the State Council on Establishing and Improving a Long-term Supervision Mechanism for Chargings in Enterprises", adhere to the combination of long-term and short-term, and treat both the symptoms and the root causes, focus on government departments and subordinate units, administrative approval intermediary agencies, online platforms, industry associations and chambers of commerce, transportation and logistics, and continue to increase the intensity of supervision and law enforcement of charges in enterprises. By conducting monitoring and early warning of fees related to enterprises, investigating and publishing cases of illegal fees, cleaning up and standardizing policies and measures, and improving regulatory systems and rules, we will comprehensively promote legal supervision, credit supervision, and smart supervision of fees related to enterprises.
The Notice emphasizes that all provincial market supervision departments should strengthen organizational leadership and overall coordination, focus on key issues in key areas of enterprise-related fees in their regions, carry out targeted law enforcement inspections, and effectively carry out case handling and problem rectification standards. The State Administration for Market Regulation will strengthen case guidance through "three letters and one letter" and other methods, organize key inspections and spot checks in a timely manner to ensure that the special actions achieve practical results.
