CCTV News: The reporter learned on April 30 that recently, the State Internet Information Office, the National Development and Reform Commission and other seven departments jointly issued the "Regulations on the Management of Directly Connected Satellite Services of Terminal Equipment", which will come into effect on June 1 this year. The "Regulations" require that if the terminal equipment is directly connected to satellite services, and if the terminal equipment is connected to the domestic public telecommunications network and uses radio frequency in the domestic market, the corresponding license and approval shall be obtained in accordance with relevant regulations. Relevant infrastructure construction activities must comply with relevant laws and regulations, relevant regulations of competent departments and mandatory requirements of national standards.
