According to the new Hunan client, on April 30, a cadre meeting of the Propaganda Department of the Hunan Provincial Party Committee was held to announce relevant personnel decisions of the Central Committee and the Provincial Party Committee. Provincial Party Secretary Chen Xiaoming attended the meeting and delivered a speech.
The meeting announced: The Central Committee approved that Comrade Liu Hongbing was appointed as a member of the Hunan Provincial Party Committee and a member of the Standing Committee; the Provincial Party Committee decided that Comrade Liu Hongbing was appointed as the Minister of the Provincial Party Committee Propaganda Department.
