In the work, the public security organs insist on comprehensively checking and rectifying safety hazards, and jointly organized a comprehensive safety inspection for primary and secondary schools and kindergartens nationwide before the start of spring and autumn. They carried out supervision and inspection in key areas and key areas, and continued to clean up and rectify the surrounding environment of the campus. A total of more than 447,000 campus safety hazards were investigated and rectified, more than 111,000 notices were issued to rectify the rectification, and more than 66,000 public security chaos around the campus were rectified to minimize hidden dangers, prevent accidents, and ensure safety.

We jointly with relevant departments to focus on the problem of student bullying, and issued 1,112 notices of order rectification for the failure to implement the bullying prevention and control system, and imposed 112 administrative penalties, urged to strengthen local responsibilities, main responsibilities, and regulatory responsibilities, and promote the implementation and effectiveness of the system. In order to further standardize and strengthen the prevention and handling of student bullying, in March 2024, the Ministry of Public Security, together with the Ministry of Education and the Central Cyberspace Affairs Office, studied and formulated the "Guidelines for Prevention and Handling of Student Bullying (Trial)", further clarified the requirements for education and training, prevention and early warning, handling intervention, education and punishment of bullying governance, and effectively ensure the personal safety of teachers and students.

The public security organs deepen the implementation of the "school protection post" and "peak service" mechanisms, continue to strengthen designated duty and patrol protection, organize emergency emergency training drills for the "minimum emergency unit" on campus, coordinate public security police and mass prevention and control forces, strengthen designated duty and patrol prevention and control in key periods and key areas, and guard the safety protection circle around the campus. Up to now, the public security organs across the country have established more than 413,000 "school protection posts" and guided the implementation of more than 1 million emergency response drills.
