This is a very valuable policy for the majority of pharmaceutical and consumables production and distribution companies, and provides everyone with an authoritative channel to obtain the full-chain traceability information of their own products. In the past, enterprises usually obtained traceability information through third-party traceability platforms, and it was difficult to control the usage situation of designated medical institutions. The National Health Insurance Administration connected with the usage traceability information of more than 900,000 designated medical institutions, filling this gap. At present, for drug consumption production and circulation enterprises that upload product traceability information, the National Health Insurance Administration provides free full-chain drug consumption traceability information query and call services, which brings great benefits to enterprises' full control of product supply chains. Through these data, enterprises can carry out product research and development and optimize sales, which not only saves the traceability costs of enterprises, but also greatly promotes the high-quality development of enterprises.
As of March 20, more than 350 drug consumption production and distribution enterprises have connected with the docking platforms to upload and download traceability information of the company's products. At the same time, nearly 8,000 drug consumption production and distribution enterprises have consulted for traceability information upload and query related information, and are actively preparing for docking and uploading.
