CCTV News: The Central Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning for strong winds at 18:00 on March 24:

It is expected that from 20:00 on March 24 to 20:00 on March 25, there will be winds of level 5 to 6 and gusts of level 7 to 9 in northern Xinjiang, central and western Inner Mongolia, central and western Liaoning, northern Tibet, western Qinghai, northern Hebei, most of Beijing, most of Tianjin, northern Shandong and peninsula areas. Among them, there will be winds of level 7 to 9 in northern Xinjiang and gusts of level 10 to 11 in local areas; there will be winds of level 7 to 8 and gusts of level 9 in Bohai Sea, Bohai Strait, northern and central Yellow Sea waters.

It is expected that from 20:00 on March 25 to 20:00 on March 26, there will be winds of level 5 to 6 and gusts of level 7 to 9 in the eastern part of the northern Xinjiang region and the southern border basin, most of Inner Mongolia, western Gansu, most of Ningxia, northern Shaanxi, central and western Tibet, central and western Qinghai, northern Hebei, etc., among which, local areas of northern Xinjiang region will have winds of level 7 to 8 and gusts of level 9 to 10 in the eastern part of Xinjiang region.
