In March, the "Compulsory Theory Courses" of the three courses were completed - the 3rd issue of 2025 (71st issue of the General Assembly) "Youth Learning Club" organized young cadres of the central and state organs to thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, focus on studying and implementing the spirit of the National Two Sessions, and widely carry out study and discussions and volunteer services for learning from Lei Feng.

On March 20, the Youth League Committee of the Central and State Organs held an on-site learning and exchange demonstration activity. Everyone visited the 12366 Tax Service Center and learned about the cutting-edge achievements of government informatization construction on the spot. Focusing on "comprehensively deepening reform and what young people think about it", five young cadres from the United Front Work Department of the Central Committee, the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, the General Office of the State Council, the Ministry of Science and Technology, and the State Administration of Taxation jointly discussed the thoughts and actions of young cadres in the wave of reform through discussions and interviews, and further gathered the ideological consensus to promote high-quality development. Young volunteers from the Beijing Municipal Taxation Bureau carried out on-site volunteer services for tax and fee policy answers and personal income tax reconciliation declaration.

Everyone unanimously expressed that we must combine the study and implementation of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speech at the National Two Sessions with the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee and General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important instructions on July 29, earnestly participate in the study and education on thoroughly implementing the spirit of the Central Eight Regulations, and take the implementation of the three-year action plan for the education and guidance of young cadres in the central and state organs, practice three courses well and be pioneers in reform, truly achieve unity of the heart and soul, solidly promote reform and make contributions, and truly stand firm in the people’s standpoint, and constantly show new responsibilities and new actions in promoting high-quality development with high-quality party building.
