The reporter learned from the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs on February 25 that the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs recently issued the "Implementation Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on Further Deepening Rural Reform and Solidly Promoting the Comprehensive Revitalization of Rural Areas", deploying 40 specific work measures in 8 aspects, and doing everything possible to promote agricultural efficiency, rural vitality, and farmers' income, and steadily promote high-quality agricultural and rural development.
The implementation opinions propose that the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs will focus on eight aspects of work in 2025. First, we will consolidate the foundation of national food security in all aspects and ensure the stable production and supply of important agricultural products such as grain. The second is to consolidate and expand the results of poverty alleviation and maintain the bottom line of preventing large-scale poverty relapse. The third is to continuously improve the level of agricultural material equipment and enhance the overall efficiency of the agricultural science and technology innovation system. Fourth, promote the comprehensive green transformation of agricultural development and promote high-quality agricultural development. Fifth, continue to strengthen rural characteristic industries and strive to broaden channels for farmers to increase their income and become rich. Sixth, continue to improve the level of rural construction and rural governance, and build livable, business-friendly and beautiful villages. 7.
