List of appointments and removals from the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress
(Adopted at the 14th Session of the Standing Committee of the 14th National People's Congress on February 25, 2025)
1. Appoint Gao Xiaoli (female) as the vice president of the Supreme People's Court and remove him from his position as president of the Second Civil Trial Division.
2. Appoint Mao Zhonghua as the President of the First Circuit Court of the Supreme People's Court.
3. Appoint Yu Shiwei (female) as the deputy director and judge of the filing division of the Supreme People's Court.
