The meeting emphasized that spring field management should be regarded as the most important and urgent task of agricultural production at present, and winter wheat should be controlled to promote strength and stability, and winter rapeseed should be protected from drought and stains, and prepared for disaster prevention and reduction in the future, lay a solid foundation for the bumper grain and oil harvest in summer and this year.
