CCTV News: On February 22, a large-scale job fair in the Greater Bay Area was held in Zhuhai, Guangdong, attracting more than 3,000 companies to participate and bringing tens of thousands of jobs. Among them, the application of AI technology has become a highlight of this job fair.

This job fair introduces artificial intelligence technology, which accurately matches job needs through in-depth questions and intelligent resume analysis of job seekers, helping companies and job seekers to efficiently connect.

Wang Shuai, the head of the job fair organizer, introduced that there are some AI-based questions on site, asking different questions according to each person's situation, and then labeling the characteristics of the job seeker and submitting them to the corresponding company, so that job seekers can find the job they want more conveniently.

The local human resources and social security department also moved the "glift station" to the job fair site, which has both employment services and gig market functions, providing convenience for flexible employment personnel.

Chen Dong, head of the Talent Labor Market in Doumen District, introduced that self-service resumes can be submitted, and the social security machine can conduct independent social security inquiries and payments. In the employment area, they arranged for these leading companies to communicate with workers and job seekers regularly in VIP positions every week.

Through online and offline linkage and the application of AI technology, this job fair has built an efficient docking platform for enterprises and job seekers, attracting more than 8,000 job seekers to attend, and 2,150 people have reached employment intentions on site. More than 200 companies have brought more than 10,000 employment positions

Recently, a special recruitment event for the East-West labor cooperation co-organized by Lanzhou, Gansu and Baodi District, Tianjin was held in Yongdeng County, Lanzhou. A total of 241 companies have brought 12,000 employment positions.

There are five employment service areas: recruitment area, live broadcast job development area, project display area, policy publicity area, and consulting service area.

On the same day, the job fair attracted nearly 10,000 people to come to the scene for job searches, and more than 910 people initially reached an intentional employment agreement. Since the launch of the "Spring Breeze Action" in 2025, Lanzhou, Gansu has organized 117 online and offline job fairs, providing 51,540 jobs.
