All localities and departments have continued to organize various skill training activities such as characteristic agricultural planting, construction, and handicrafts. They have also held a variety of skill competitions to encourage migrant workers to improve their professional skills." Zhou Pei said.
At this year's National People's Congress and the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, Zhou Pei is preparing to put forward new suggestions: add content such as China's excellent traditional culture and red culture to stimulate the professional ideals and endogenous motivation of migrant workers.
