CCTV News: On February 20, the launch ceremony of Xinjiang's 2025 "Spring Breeze Action" was held in Hotan area, Xinjiang. The ceremony also held an on-site job fair in Hotan area. The job fair provides more than 10,000 job seekers and attracts more than 5,000 job seekers.

On the morning of the 20th, the Xinjiang 2025 "Spring Breeze Action" launch ceremony and the Hotan Regional On-site Job Fair were held in the Human Resources Service Industrial Park in Hotan Region, Xinjiang. At the job fair, 377 companies from many places in Xinjiang participated in the on-site recruitment, providing 11,834 positions, covering multiple fields such as manufacturing, information technology, and service industry, attracting 5,258 job seekers to match their favorite positions.

This on-site job fair in Hotan area is held in the form of "on-site job fair + live broadcast leading job" and has set up five major areas, including event ceremony area, on-site recruitment area, live broadcast leading job leading area, policy consultation area, and other five areas. It also opens a "green" exclusive service channel for different groups such as retired soldiers, college graduates, and people in need to accurately push adaptive positions.

The 2025 "Spring Breeze Action" in Xinjiang will continue until mid-March. It is expected to hold 1,180 recruitment activities of various types. At present, more than 300 online and offline recruitment activities have been held, and more than 83,000 positions have been provided.
Qiannan, Guizhou: Free training allows the people to "bring their skills out" and "get on the job with a certificate". In recent days, the government departments of Qiannan Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture in Guizhou have made full use of migrant workers' return to their hometowns during the Spring Festival and the current golden period for labor transfer to provide free skills improvement platforms for returning people, attracting a large number of people to sign up and participate.

In the Qiannan Prefecture Bearing Technician Vocational Skills Training Base, training for electricians, welders and forklift workers is underway, and more than 150 trainees are participating in the training.
In addition to the popular project of forklift driving training, the counties and cities in Qiannan Prefecture have also offered practical training courses such as electrician skills, welding technology, and nursery based on their own actual conditions. These courses not only enrich the students' learning choices, but also comprehensively cover the technical fields with strong market demand. At the vocational skills training base in Sandu Aqua Autonomous County, new students are concentrating on learning welding technology with their masters.

It is understood that Qiannan Prefecture plans to train more than 1,800 people to ensure that migrant workers can "bring their skills out" and "go to work with certificates."
