Ding Fang is the party branch secretary and director of the neighborhood committee of Laoshankou Community, Gaolouping Township, Wanshan District, Guizhou Province. After graduating from Yanbian University in 2013, she worked in a joint venture for several years. In 2021, she resolutely returned to her hometown to work due to the rural leadership change policy and the call for her hometown development.
Although she was questioned at the beginning of her tenure, she actively responded to the demands of the masses, repaired the road to the group, and won trust.
For four years, she has used her professional knowledge to help the community develop and make the Laoshankou community "remove it." In the next step, Ding Fang is preparing to develop the village collective economy and promote the upgrading of village industries.
