On January 20, Shanghai implemented the 2025 subsidy for mobile phones, tablets, and smart watches (bracelets) purchase subsidies and home appliances for old-for-new subsidies. Over the past month, major stores in Shanghai have been asking about and purchasing related products.

The implementation of subsidy rules has also driven the growth of online sales of digital products. Major e-commerce platforms integrate procurement, sales, customer service and other resources to launch old-for-new products in a timely manner. At the same time, they increase technical support such as AI and optimize delivery services.
