Field operation monitoring terminals, plant protection drones, dryers, etc. will be included in the scope of scrapping and renewal subsidy; each province will increase the upper limit of the types of scrapping and renewal subsidy agricultural machinery determined by itself from 6 to 12 based on actual conditions, and accelerate the promotion and application of advanced, applicable, energy-saving, environmentally friendly, safe and reliable agricultural machinery.
In terms of subsidy standards, if a waste rice seedling dumper is newly purchased, the scrap subsidy standard will be increased by no more than 50%, and the maximum scrap subsidy amount for a single unit will not exceed 30,000 yuan. The cotton picking machine was scrapped and updated, and the maximum scrap subsidy amount for a single unit was increased from 60,000 yuan to 80,000 yuan. Scrap and update the agricultural Beidou assisted driving system, and increase the scrap subsidy standard by 50% based on the subsidy amount determined in the "Notice"; scrap and update the field operation monitoring terminal and plant protection drone, and increase the scrap subsidy standard by 50%; the above three types of machinery and equipment scrap subsidy application shall be based on the purchase of the same type of new machinery and equipment.
For field operation monitoring terminals that have not yet been included in the scope of agricultural machinery purchase and application subsidy, each province will update the subsidy standard at a rate of no more than 30% of the average market sales price of the same grade products in the previous year; the average market sales price of related grade products can be obtained through market surveys, or in writing, entrusted more than two qualified third parties to carry out professional price evaluation, cost calculation and other methods.
