In terms of scale and quantity, the number of registered private enterprises nationwide exceeds 55 million, and private enterprises account for more than 92% of the total number of enterprises. Since last year, from improving the long-term mechanism for private enterprises to participate in the construction of major national projects, improving the financing support policy and system for private enterprises, standardizing administrative inspections related to enterprises, and accelerating the legislative process of the Private Economy Promotion Law, various reform measures deployed by the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China are being implemented. The socialist system with Chinese characteristics has many significant advantages. The socialist market economic system and the socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics are constantly being improved and perfected, which will provide stronger guarantees for the development of the private economy.
