"Direct rent payment" refers to the withdrawal method of the provident fund center to transfer the housing provident fund that the depositor can withdraw from its provident fund account to the pilot housing rental agency account on a monthly basis based on the authorization and application of the depositor, which is used to withdraw rent.

After the implementation of the new policy, many citizens have handled the "direct rent payment" business. As personnel return to work, the number of people benefiting the policy will gradually increase.
The reporter learned that the depositor does not need to pay the rent first and then apply for withdrawal of provident fund, which effectively reduces the cost of renting a depositor. In addition, house rental institutions can collect rents in a timely manner, reduce cash flow pressure, and improve the comprehensive competitiveness of the market.

The Beijing Housing Provident Fund Management Center stated that this year, it will continue to connect with other housing rental institutions based on the pilot effect, and will be promoted and implemented throughout the city one after another.
In addition, Shanghai, Qingdao and other places have increased support for housing provident fund withdrawal by increasing the amount of rental housing withdrawal, increasing the frequency of withdrawal, reducing withdrawal restrictions, and expanding coverage.
