All departments will strictly implement the responsibility system for production safety and fire safety, strengthen risk prevention, and keep a close eye on key areas and weak links.

Public security and other departments will carry out concentrated rectification of prominent traffic violations in winter and strictly investigate and punish illegal and irregular behaviors.
