As of 19:00 yesterday (January 7), the earthquake in Dingri County, Tibet had killed 126 people and injured 188 people. 28 severely ill people were transferred to the Municipal People's Hospital for treatment; 3,609 houses collapsed.
At present, rescue forces from all parties have retrieved 407 trapped people, set up 14 transfer and resettlement sites, and transferred and resettled more than 30,400 affected people.

On the 7th, the National Development and Reform Commission urgently allocated 100 million yuan in the central budget to support post-disaster emergency recovery in the earthquake-stricken areas in Tibet.
The Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Emergency Management urgently allocated 100 million yuan of central natural disaster relief funds to support Tibet in doing a good job in earthquake disaster relief and coordinated use of emergency rescue and rescue work for disaster-stricken people.

丨The first batch of central disaster relief materials have been transported to the earthquake-related areas
At around 22:00 on January 7, the first batch of more than 5,800 cotton tents, cotton quilts and other central disaster relief materials urgently allocated to Tibet by the Office of the National Disaster Prevention, Reduction and Relief Committee, the Ministry of Emergency Management, and the State Food and Reserve Bureau have been transported to the earthquake-affected area of Dingri County, Shigatse, and the remaining more than 16,000 central disaster relief materials will be transported to the disaster-related areas on the 8th.
