人民日报北京1月7日电 (记者韩鑫)针对近年来城市轨道交通全自动运行线路发生的事故事件,交通运输部近日印发《城市轨道交通全自动运行系统运营技术和管理规范(试行)》(以下简称《规范》)明确要求,基于当前全自动运行系统的技术水平、安全风险管控能力等现实条件,列车载客运营时应有司机在司机室值守,监视列车运行、实施行车瞭望和进行相关故障、突发事件应急处置。 The "Specifications" also propose to support local governments to actively explore unmanned driving technologies such as obstacle detection and remote train control, and provide support for the subsequent realization of unmanned trains.

“全自动运行系统在提高系统运行可靠性、提升运营服务水平等方面发挥了重要作用。”交通运输部运输服务司有关负责人表示,近年来,城市轨道交通全自动运行线路发生的事故事件,反映出其在多专业协同、安全管理等方面还存在短板和不足,需要在明确技术条件、筑牢安全底线基础上,进一步促进城市轨道交通全自动运行系统运营管理与技术水平协同适应。
