Inquiry with ulterior motives

In order to obtain the development of a key industry in my country, overseas spy intelligence agencies commissioned an investigation and consulting company in China to find "professional consultants" in the industry in my country, and listed Feng, a retired person in the core key department of the industry, as the key target to win over. Subsequently, the staff of the investigation and consulting company frequently contacted Feng, taking advantage of his relaxed confidentiality awareness after retirement and the convenience of close contact with the current employees of the original unit, he promised a high "consultation remuneration" and tried his best to pull him out, hoping that Feng would provide core confidential information in this field. After Feng agreed to provide consultation, the investigation and consulting company signed a contract with him, disguising the search and stealing of secrets as a business consulting activity, in an attempt to evade legal sanctions.

Cooperation with hidden evil intentions

After the contract was signed, Feng also developed his resigned former subordinate Jiang into a downline. Under the guise of promoting project operations, he widely used the personal resources accumulated by the two in the industry to collect and spy on the overall planning, deployment considerations, project progress and other situations in the early stage of the construction of related core key projects.
